These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all estimates, sales, deliveries, and services provided by Contractor Supply, Inc., DBA Kitchen Cabinets Deal (“Kitchen Cabinets Deal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By approving an estimate, making a payment, or placing an order, the customer (“you” or “buyer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• All estimates and layouts provided by Kitchen Cabinets Deal are based on measurements supplied by the customer or the customer’s representative.
   
• Kitchen Cabinets Deal is not responsible for any errors in measurements or dimensions.
   
• Customers are strongly advised to have their contractor verify all field dimensions before purchase.
   
• If no changes are requested, the customer must reply confirming approval of the layout and estimate.
   
• Once approved, the estimate becomes final.
   

• 3-D renderings, photographs, and digital images do not accurately represent cabinet proportions, colors, or finishes.
   
• Wood, stain, and paint appearance may vary due to lighting conditions, computer monitors, printers, and environmental factors.
   
• Kitchen Cabinets Deal strongly recommends reviewing physical door samples before making a final decision.
   
• Visual representations are provided for reference only.
   

• Full payment is required to place an order and begin cabinet manufacturing or processing.
   
• Accepted payment methods include:
   
  • Credit card (online payment link)
     
  • Zelle®
     
  • Check
     
• Customers paying via Zelle® or check must notify us by email to receive an additional 3% discount.
   
• Zelle® payments must be sent to: sales@kitchencabinetsdeal.com
   
• Legal entity: Contractor Supply, Inc. DBA Kitchen Cabinets Deal
   
• Financing is available subject to credit approval.
   
• Promotional financing terms, including deferred interest offers, are governed by the financing provider’s terms.
   

• Delivery scheduling is confirmed after payment is received.
   
• Customers will receive a reminder via text message 24 hours prior to delivery.
   
• Delivery appointments are scheduled in 2-hour windows:
   
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
     
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
     

• Curbside Delivery:
   
  • Customer must provide at least two people capable of lifting 60 lbs.
     
  • Cabinets are not brought inside the property.
     
• Garage Delivery (additional fee):
   
  • Requires an unobstructed paved driveway.
     
  • Cabinets are delivered into the garage using a two-wheel dolly.
     
• Inside Delivery (additional fee):
   
  • Stairways, hallways, and doorways must be unobstructed and adequately sized.
     
  • Cabinets that cannot fit will be returned to the warehouse for customer pickup in flat-packed condition.
     

• Customers must inspect all cabinets within 48 hours of delivery.
   
• Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported in writing to
  sales@kitchencabinetsdeal.com within 48 hours.
   
• Claims reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.
   
• Installed or modified cabinets are not eligible for claims, returns, or replacements.
   

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT CLAIMS OR RETURNS IF A CABINET HAS BEEN INSTALLED OR MODIFIED.
   
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, uninstalled cabinets.
   
• No returns on custom cabinets or special orders.
   
• Delivery, assembly, and service fees are non-refundable.
   
• Restocking fees:
   
  • 5% for unopened packaging
     
  • 25% for opened packaging
     
• Returns require prior authorization.
   

Unless specifically stated on the invoice:

• Installation services are not included
   
• Countertops, sinks, faucets, and appliances are not included
   

Contractor Supply, Inc. DBA Kitchen Cabinets Deal warrants to the original purchaser that cabinets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the purchase date.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
   
• Improper installation, handling, or storage
   
• Environmental effects (moisture, lighting, smoke, cleaners)
   
• Natural wood variations, grain, color changes, or aging
   
• Labor, removal, or reinstallation costs
   

Kitchen Cabinets Deal may, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products with functionally equivalent items. Replacement parts may vary based on availability.

• Wood grain, color variation, glazing variations, paint fractures, and finish inconsistencies are natural characteristics and are not defects.
   
• Painted finishes may show joint fractures due to climate-related expansion and contraction.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitchen Cabinets Deal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Products and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
   
• Availability is not guaranteed until payment is received.
   

In the event of any legal action, arbitration, or proceeding arising from this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
